Fayetteville: Sooie Shuffle
By Jean Neuberger - March 13, 2007
Arkansas scores twice in the bottom of the second, thanks to singles by freshman shortstop Tim Smalling and junior second baseman Ben Tschepikow, who's obviously feeling a lot better getting that hit after his two errors in the top of the inning. The fans are now glued to the JumboTron for the Sooie Shuffle.
On the screen are three Arkansas hars, with a Razorback being placed under the middle hat (known on the screen as #2). The hats then shuffle, dance, and spin around like crazy, requiring either incredible concentration or pure luck to correctly guess which hat contains the hog at the end.
I'll go with luck and pick #3. YES! For once, I got it right. That brings my career Sooie Shuffle average to a little over .100. That thing is tough!
Hogs by a deuce as ORU bats in the top of the third.
