In the bottom of the 9th, the Gamcocks were not able to bring across the game winning run so we are headed to extras here. South Carolina had a chance in the inning when second baseman Travis Jones stole second with one out in the inning after picking up a walk.

Shortstop Reese Havens weakly grounded out to second base and Weathers picked off Jones at second to end the inning. This game has delivered all of the xcitement it promised and more. Stay tuned.
