Its beyond ugly

We passed ugly a few innings ago. We're into Carnival side-show ugly now.

Wild pitches, passed balls, misplayed balls, hit batsmen. You name it, Southern Miss is doing it.

Sadly, they are a much better team than one we are seeing today.

They can't even help us out with the mercy rule as they scored a run in the eighth to cut a lead to nine - just missing getting an early out.

We go to the bottom of the ninth and it is 19-5. It doesn't seem that close.

Actually, the scoreboard operator has a sense of humor. He just put 33-5 on the scoreboard.
