It's over: USC 4, Georgia 3

Closer Paul Koss set the Bulldogs down in order in the ninth to close out USC's 4-3 win.
Ryan Cook (3-0) went eight innings to get the win, despite the Bulldogs out-hitting the Trojans 9-6. Dodson (0-1) took the loss for the Bulldogs. Georgia is now 0-4 against Pac-10 schools this year, after dropping three to open the season against Oregon State.
The teams continue their three-game series at 2 on Saturday. USC now 11-7, Georgia falls to 4-5.
