K-Fest

Between starting pitchers David Price and Harris Honeycutt, they have struck out seven batters through after two innings. Honeycutt is currently winning that battle 4-3.

On the scoreboard, Honeycutt is winning the battle as well. South Carolina picked up another run in the 2nd inning on a two out pop fly single to right field by Harley Lail. Vandy second baseman Alex Feinberg appeared to have a beat on the ball, but it hit the heel of his mitt as he collided with right fielder Pedro de la Osa. The play was ruled a hit much to my surprise, and the play allowed center fielder Andrew Crisp to score from second to make the score 2-0 here in Columbia as the sun is setting.
