Nashville: More scoring for the Rebels in the second

By Chris Lee - March 18, 2007

With Logan Power on first, C.J. Ketchum hit what could have been a double-play ball to Flaherty at short. But Flaherty booted it, giving the Rebels men on first and second.

Brett Jacobson struck out Evan Button, but Brett Basham bounced a single again just out of Flaherty's reach at short, and Power crossed the plate just ahead of a great throw from David Macias in center. Jacobson recovered to strike out Jordan Henry to end the inning, leaving two Rebels on.

Rebels 2, Vandy 0 after 2.
