Nashville: Price back in a groove

By Chris Lee - March 16, 2007

David Price recovered from a rough sixth to cruise through the seventh. Price got a ground-ball out to start the first, then struck out Logan Power and Zach Miller--both of whom doubled the last time up--to end the inning. Price fanned Miller on an absolutely nasty slider for his 11th K of the game.

2-1 Ole Miss, as Vandy comes to bat in the bottom of the seventh.

Sports Information Director Thomas Samuel just informed me that it's Price's fifth-straight double-digit strikeout game.
