Nashville: UIC's Moore connects on a slam

Cody Crowell's second inning hasn't gone as smoothly as his 1-2-3 seventh did. Crowell have up a single to left and walked two batters before giving up a towering grand slam to No. 6 hitter Tyler Moore that landed on the roof of Memorial Gymansium.

Now, Crowell gets David Cales to pop to right, and Vandy bats in the bottom of the eighth with a 14-5 lead as "Sweet Caroline" plays over the P.A. system.
