No-hitter is gone

J.D. Burgess - a replacement for the injured Stan Widmann - came in 1-9 for the season. He just fought off a 3-2 two-out pitch singling to center for Clemson's first hit of the game.

Honeycutt went 4 & 2/3 innings before allowing his first hit.
