Oxford: Warm welcome

Coaches meeting at home plate as game three between Ole Miss and UCLA is about to start.
The fans were not too cordial when the umpires were announced. Drawing the loudest "boos" was home plate umpire and Mississippi State alum Fred Cannon.
Cannon was the first base umpire yesterday who punched out Ole Miss' Cody Overbeck on the double play that ended Saturday's 7-6 UCLA win.
It was a close play at the bag. Cannon said out and drew the ire of the OM fans.
