Drying the field in Starkville

The rain is gone - at least for now and the sun is peeking out. We are going to play here at Dudy Noble Field.

Pat Green's "Wave on Wave" is playing on the PA (hey Sorenson, real music with words and everything). Wave on wave is kind of what these offenses have been doing in the first two games of the series.

In Friday's 10-7 MSU victory, The Bulldogs rallied from a 7-1 deficit to score seven in the seventh and two in the ninth.

Saturday Kentucky jumped out to a lead and extended it in a 10-6 victory.

Today both teams will turn to veterans to hold back these explosive hitters. MSU throws senior Josh Johnson (2-1/7.20) while Kentucky counters with junior Greg Dombroski (3-1/4.31).
