Miami-FSU: Defense Matters

Gus Menedez the Miami Hurricanes third basemen just made a great play knocking a hard hit ball down and throw across the diamond to a fully extended Yonder Alonso at first to tack out the lead off hitter. But...two tough plays in a row gives FSU a run.
As I write this, Blake Tekotte just misplayed a ball hit to centerfield that lead to a triple and followed it up by missing a ball on a diving attempt which scored a run.
Then, Gus Menendez was a hair too late on a ball down the third baseline and FSU scored another run.
