No runs but plenty of action

By Mark Etheridge - April 01, 2007

Both teams have had men all over the bases early but neither has scored. Kentucky left the bases loaded in both the first and the second inning. After a flyout ended the UK second, Wildcat head coach John Cohen let his team have it in the dugout.

Mississippi State stranded a pair of runners in the first as well. Eventually, these teams are going to break through but so far the pitchers have pitched their way into and out of trouble.

No score in the Kentucky third.
