Oklahoma State spirit run to the rescue? Not this time

In the middle of the eight inning the OSU marketing team took the orange and black "O" flag for a trip around the ballpark to get the fans fired back up. Can it help fire up the spirit of OSU bats? After the 'Horns McCrory got Matt Mangini to strikeout he was replaced by Randy Boone, who picked up right where McCrory left off. Boone struck out Rebel Ridling and Jordy Mercer of the Cowboys.
The Cowboys have struck out seven of the last eight hitters they have sent to the plate. Terrible for a team that leads the Big 12 and is top five in the nation in hitting.
