OSU-Texas: Defense baby!

By Tristan Threlkeld - April 27, 2007

Senior Ryan Flavell got the first out of the top of the third by laying out behind the plate to snag a foul ball. Sophomore Jordy Mercer received a loud ovation when he doubled up the Longhorns by snagging a line shot to his left at shortstop and firing over to first to get Chais Fuller out and end the inning.

Dancing with the Dolls. Between the third inning the OSU Diamond Dolls lead all fans in dancing to a music choice that changes each game. What a way to keep fans involved early and often.

'Horns answer right back with some defense of their own, getting the Cowboys to go down 1,2,3 in untraditional fashion. The score in this early rubber match is 0-0 going into the top of the fourth inning.
