Jeffrey Rea hit a leadoff single, went to second on an error and scored on two ground outs.
MSU shortstop Brandon Turner is out of the lineup with a hamstring injury and right fielder Jeff Flagg is out with back spasms. Jet Turner is at short and Oxford native Cade Hoggard (red shirt freshman) is making his first career start in right.
OM RF Jordan Henry just led off the Rebel first with a single.
