Oxford: Bulldogs take game three

Mississippi State won the marathon game 4-1 in 17 innings.
Longest game in school history for both schools.
OM RF Jordan Henry tied the school record with eight at bats. He had four hits.
Jeffrey Rea and Jet Butler were 2-for-7 and Connor Powers was 2-for-6 to lead MSU.
Mitch Moreland threw a career long four innings to earn the win and improve to 3-0. He allowed no runs and four hits.
Scott Bittle (2-5) allowed three runs on five hits in the 17th to take the loss.
