Oxford: Fan reaction

Home plate umpire Ricky Armstrong just got hit by a foul ball drawing applause from the Oxford-University Stadium crowd, which has been unhappy with Armstrong's balls and strikes (so long as they favored the Gamecocks) for much of the day. The crowd did clap again after Armstrong was examined by the training staff and was OK.
Offense has somewhat settled. 9-6 South Carolina top 6th.
