Oxford: Game tightens

Ole Miss scored twice in the sixth to cut the Gamecock lead to 9-8 heading into the seventh.
Meanwhile, South Carolina pitcher Wynn Pelzer and Ole Miss pitcher Justin Cryer have fared pretty well after all the early fireworks.
Cryer has struck out a career high eight while allowing three runs (all on two home runs) over five innings. Pelzer has allowed two runs over a season-long 3.1 innings.
