Oxford: What was that?

South Carolina catcher Phil Disher just grouned out to short to end the Gamecock seventh.
Something fell white out of Disher's jersey as he ran to first. It was shaped like a support cup, but couldn't tell for sure from here. Maybe some kind of pad.
Disher was promptly replaced by catcher Trent Kline going into the bottom of the seventh.
Gamecocks lead 9-8.
