FSU: Tigers leave bases loaded

By Michael McGuffee - May 12, 2007

FSU's Danny Rosen struck out Wilson Boyd swinging to start the inning and finished it the same way after Clemson looked to be threatening with the bases loaded.

Tiger first baseman Andy D'Alessio doubled to right center, Taylor Harbin walked and Rosen hit Ben Paulsen on a full count to load the bases. FSU head coach Mike Martin once again approached the mound to talk it over with Rosen, and whatever he said was effective as the junior struck out catcher Doug Hogan to get out of the inning.

Rosen ended up surrendering only one hit and no runs in what was a huge missed opportunity for Hogan and the Tigers.
