Momentum swing; Wright makes it 30

By Tristan Threlkeld - May 19, 2007

With the Cowboys trailing by one senior Ty Wright stepped to the plate without a hit so far today. Wright came in to today's game with a 29-game hitting streak, he got his first hit of the game and moved the streak to 30 games on a shot to left field for a double to start the inning off for the Cowboys. Wright scored on a Keanon Simon RBI single over Tigers second baseman Brock Bond to tie the game 5-5. The Cowboys did no more damage and the Tigers escaped.
At the end of the seventh we are knotted up 5-5 with two innings left to play.
