MVC: A Comedy of Errors

By Jean Neuberger - May 25, 2007

To beat a good team, you've got to keep the mistakes to a minimum, and Bradley has definitely NOT done that in the top of the second. After TJ Roemmich was walked, Bradley committed THREE STRAIGHT THROWING ERRORS, and against a team like Creighton, that will lead to severe damage.

The Jays scored their first two runs of the inning when Ross Sinclair's infield single to third was aided by a wild throw that went past first base. They scored two more on a fielder's choice grounder by Chris Gradoville and a deep fly to right by Darin Ruf, and before Bradley could breathe, Ben Mancuso trots out to the mound with a 6-1 lead under his belt.

Bradley's going to have to really work to get back in this one. No mercy from the Creighton side.
