MVC: Rain Delay Continues

It's still raining in Springfield, and we'll have a delayed start to the MVC Championship Game.

I just spoke with Erica Stelling, who told me that they were hoping to pull the tarp by 7:45. So far, according to the NOAA Weather Radar, Stelling might be right on target with the tarp pull.

We don't know the lineups just yet, but we do know the starters. Wichita is throwing LHP Max Hutson (1-2, 4.03), while Creighton counters with the nation's only switch pitcher, that is LHP/RHP Pat Venditte, who is 8-2 with a 1.87 ERA.

When the game starts, we will have you covered. For now, it's raining in Springfield.
