MVC: Title Game Goes to Extra Innings

Creighton goes down in order in the bottom of the ninth, meaning that the 2007 Missouri Valley Tournament will be decided in extra innings.

WOW.

This game has had it all. Great pitching early, great hitting late, and a comeback for the ages. I don't care how exhausted you can get, or if you've never seen these two teams play...THIS is a game worth getting excited about.

Wichita sends the 5-6-7 hitters to face Reese. Every pitch and swing counts now....a conference tournament crown is at stake here in Springfield, and the crowd has never been noisier. I'm speechless...what a game!
