MWC: All Scruggs All the Time

After making a clutch defensive play to put an end to the bottom of the fourth, Xavier Scruggs came up big with his bat in the fifth. With two outs and Ryan Kowalski on first, Scruggs crushed a ball to deep center to score Kowalski on a double. The RBI is the first of the game and gives the Rebels a 1-0 lead at the halfway point of regulation play.
