MWC: Big League Play

UNLV third baseman Xavier Scruggs may not be a big-time Major League prospect, but he looked like one when putting an end to the fourth inning. With a runner on and two outs, Scruggs' momentum took him into foul territory after fielding a ground ball down the line. He got his body turned and threw a laser to first to put an end to the inning and keep the score at a surprising 0-0 tie.
