MWC: Lobos Find Life, Alday Goes Down Swinging

By Jason Owens - May 25, 2007

The Lobos finally got on the board and picked up a couple of runs in the seventh, but still has a long way to go with an 8-2 deficit.

They'll have to go on without coach Rich Halday, whose career may have just come to an end two innings premature. The 18-year veteran announced he was retiring after the season and just got the boot arguing an out call at first base. This should give the Lobos a little extra motivation.
