NASHVILLE: Commodores add more

By Chris Lee - May 18, 2007

The strike zone seems to have shrunk on LSU's Paul Bertuccini here in the sixth, and the Commodores took advantage of it. Shea Robin took a walk to load the bases, and pinch-hitter Ryan Davis crowded the plate and was hit by a pitch to force in a run.

Andrew GIobbi followed with an RBI groundout, and David acias grounded out to end the inning. But the Commodores put three on the board to break open a close game, and Mike Minor will take the mound with a three-run lead in the seventh.

Vandy 4, LSU 1 after six complete.
