OSU-OU: Rebel does damage

By Tristan Threlkeld - May 05, 2007

In the bottom of the fifth inning Tyler Mach got the ball rolling for the Cowboys as he drew a one out walk and moved to second on a Corey Brown single. Well Mach helped do more damage to the Sooners when rightfielder Joe Dunigan could not locate a high fly ball into the rightfield corner that was hit by the Cowboys Rebel Ridling, who got a stand up double off Dunigans mistake, which scored Mach to increase the Cowboys lead 5-2. The Cowboys did load the bases with two outs, but were not able to do any more damage to the Sooners

With one out in the top of the sixth and runners on first and second, the Cowboy bullpen has some action going, but it was no avail as the Sooners hit into their third double play of the day, which ended the Sooners chances of trying to cut into the Cowboy lead.
