As Ole Miss found out yesterday the hard way, no lead is safe in college baseball. Vanderbilt just tacked on another run in the top of the ninth to extend its lead to 7-4. After recording the assist on the play at the plate only moments earlier to end the 8th, Vandy's Matt Meingasner hit a triple to the left centerfield gap with one out. Pinch hitter Ryan Davis then hit a SAC Fly to left to score him, and extend the lead. Last licks for Arkansas. Let's see if there's some more late inning magic left in the air here in Hoover.
