SEC: Jacobson Out

By Doug Kroll - May 23, 2007

A relatively quick night for Vanderbilt's Brett Jacobson. He lasts 5 plus, giving up two runs and seven hits, but there's still nobody out and he's responsible for the two guys on right now. Vandy is in some trouble here and needs to be get out of this.

The gameplan of throwing David Price tomorrow is much nicer in the winer's bracet, then you are nearly guaranteed to not play on Friday.

UPDATE:

Two run triple for Shawn Griffin. A standup triple off of reliever Nick Christiani. 4-0 Tennessee, and that closes the book on Jacobson. All four runs charged to him.

Fasten your seatbelts. 4 8 0 for Tenn., 0 0 0 for Vandy.
