SEC: One Third

By Doug Kroll - May 24, 2007

The good pitching had to run out some time, right? Craig Cobb didn't live up to James Adkins' performance from last night for the Vols. Not even close.

Cobb only lasted 1-3 of an inning giving up four hits, and five runs (3 earned) and was releieved by lefty Lance McClain who finished up. So after one, it's Ole Miss five, Tennessee zip. To Cobb's credit, it was an error that opened the floodgates (hence the two unearned runs), but still, just not living up to the standards of those who have toed that rubber the last couple of days. We're used to CG's and 17 K performances here!!

Getting greedy.
