UA-LSU: Razorbacks Bust Game Open
By Jean Neuberger - May 05, 2007
Finally, after 7 1/2 innings of defensive baseball, the bats woke up, and to the delight of the crowd here, they woke up in the hands of Arkansas hitters. After Jake Dugger singled, Matt Willard hit a grounder to LSU SS Michael Hollander, who bobbled it before throwing it past the first baseman, sending Dugger to third and Willard to second. Brian Walker followed with a perfectly laced double to right center, scoring two, and then Walker would score on a triple by Ben Tschepikow down the right field line, which sent the crowd into bedlam.
Todd is back on the mound to try and finish what he started in the ninth, with Arkansas now up 5-0, and just three outs away from re-claiming a piece of the SEC overall lead.
Mark, I've got over 10,000 fans here who are screaming for Tennessee to beat Ole Miss right now!
