UA-OM: Home Run Robbery

By Jean Neuberger - May 19, 2007

Arkansas catcher Brian Walker launched a rocket towards the power alley in left center, but Ole Miss CF Logan Power proved to be a gifted thief. Power, going back to the wall, leaped and made a spectacular catch over the wall to rob Walker of a home run that would've tied the game.

However, Ole Miss, who definitely came to play today, heads to the top of the third with a 2-0 lead.

A good crowd today at Baum....I'm guessing we have about 8,800 right now at the park. What's amazing is how fast the 20 new skyboxes (which opened up last month) have filled up. Don't tell me baseball can't be a money-making sport in college athletics!
