UA-OM: Rebels Grab Lead Again

By Jean Neuberger - May 17, 2007

Nick Schmidt was taken out of the game after loading the bases, and Van Horn turned to RHP Travis Hill. On Hill's first pitch to Zach Miller though, he threw a passed ball, scoring Jordan Henry and giving Ole Miss a 5-4 lead in the top of the eighth.

There's some happy people in Nashville and Starkville right now, as a Rebel win keeps State's hopes alive for a piece of the SEC West, while the Commodores become outright SEC champions with an Ole Miss win.

Cody Satterwhite pitched the seventh for Ole Miss, and he's back on the mound in the eighth, as Brian Walker, Danny Hamblin and Jacob Julius are set to bat for Arkansas, as they try to play comeback one more time.
