The Zag cut the USD lead in half in the third inning, scoring twice. Through three innings Matusz has given up six hits and has walked two. It could have been worse for Matusz if it wasn't for a great two-out diving snag and throw to first by third baseman Kevin Hansen with the bases loaded.

USD just went 1-2-3 in the bottom of the third, so we'll see if Matusz can get his act together here in the fourth.
