Jacksonville still hasn't been able to break through against WCU starter Drew Saberhagen. The Catamounts added two in the sixth. John Ingram had a solo home run, then Donnie Wilson singled and scored when Brent Greer hit a deep fly ball that CF John Tiner couldn't haul in.

JU got two on base in the bottom of the inning (error and then a single by Pete Clifford) but Ryan McArdle grounded out to third to end the inning.

Carson Andrew has come on in the seventh in relief of JU starter Matt Gardner (6 IP, 8 H, 6R, 0 BB, 2K).
