Chapel Hill: 6-4 WCU After Two

By Kenny Cook - June 03, 2007

East Carolina tied things at 4-4 in the top of the third when Stephen Batts led off with a double and scored on a single by Jamie Ray.

Western Carolina came right back in the bottom of the inning when Jonathan Greene singled and John Ingram deposited a Josh Dowdy pitch into the netting in left field to make it 6-4. The ball still hasn't come down- literally. It got stuck in the netting about thirty feet up.
