Chapel Hill: Bats Gone Quiet

By Kenny Cook - June 01, 2007

Jacksonville scratched three hits off Woodard in the 6th and 7th innings, but left all three runners stranded and are still scoreless in Chapel Hill. Woodard continues to pitch well and is still working on a shutout. It's getting to be Andrew Carignan time- it will be interesting to see if Mike Fox lets Woodard go all the way or brings in his closer to try and shut the door on the Dolphins.

Of the Tar Heels eight hits, five have been doubles.

Score stands at 4-0 UNC in the bottom of the 7th.
