Chapel Hill: 'Mount A Comeback

Kenny Smith led off the bottom of the second to get Western Carolina on the board. It's 3-1 ECU with one out and runners at first and second for the Catamounts.

A large contingent of UNC players is watching the game and checking out their opponent for tomorrow. Robert Woodard, Garrett Gore, Dustin Ackley, and Reid Fronk are among them. Fronk seems none the worse for wear after cutting his head in the post-game celebration last night, an injury that required five stitches.

UNC pitching Coach Scott Forbes is also in attendance, and much calmer than when we last saw him last night getting thrown out for arguing balls and strikes. Head coach Mike Fox said in the post-game press conference that he jokingly refers to Forbes as "Captain Dynamite" for his fiery demeanor.
