Columbia, MO: All In a Day's Wark; Tigers Re-take Lead

By Jay Dryburgh - June 03, 2007

Sorry about the pun.

But Colby Wark couldn't work his way out of the fourth after warking... er, walking two, and hitting a batter to load the bases.

That brings in Gavin Logsdon to log some innings.

And he doesn't have an easy task... John McKee is due up. You might remember that McKee hit a grand slam on Friday night against Kent State to put the Tigers up top for good.

But instead, the first baseman grounded into a 6-4-3 DP that brought in Mizzou's second run of the ball game.

And Aaron Senne nearly hit his second bomb of the night, but Boomer Whiting robbed him at the top of the wall.

End of 4... Tigers 2, Cardinals 1
