Round Rock: Stunner!

By Glenn Tanner - June 01, 2007

Brown strung together five consecutive two-out hits in the top of the fourth and now leads Texas 2-1 after three and a half innings.

Texas starter James Russell induced two flyouts to Brown's 3-4 hitters, but then hit parade began.

Matt Nuzzo, Bryan Tews, Robert Papenhause, Dan Shapiro, and Brian Kelaher delivered back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back singles.

Unfortunately for the Bears, Texas CF Nick Peoples charged Kelaher's hit hard and made a perfect throw to the plate to nail Papenhause.

The Bears have seven hits against Russell, who has only struck out one.
