Wichita: UNO takes the lead

#48 AZ up to bat, and is out with a catch in the right field. Jon Gaston gets a loud cheer from the fans as he hits a homerun for the Wildcats.

5-3 Arizona

Childs becomes Arizona's 2nd out. Short stop for AZ, Abel, is up to bat. He hits a pop up that is caught by UNO left field, who does so with a somersaut, and that is the third out for Arizona.

UNO starts their half of the inning with a hit by Bowser toward the right field that gets him to first base. Butler hits one that zips past the pitcher, and he lands at first. Baxter makes a bunt as the infield comes in and 3rd baseman Glenn jumps up to catch it.

New pitcher comes in for Arizona, #45 Ryan Perry. Perry pitches, and the catcher, Childs, misses it which allowed UNO with their 4th run. Giavotella hits, which allow for the 5th run for UNO. Giavotella gets to second. Tarnow bats in Baxter for UNO's sixth run. They really are just keeping them coming. Anderson up, and he strikes out. Eden up for UNO, and he as well strikes out. 2 outs for UNO. UNO brings in Schwaner to hit for them. Schwaner gets the third out for UNO.
