NCAA: Scottie, Scottie

UC Irvine's Scott Gorgen has joined Team USA, replacing guys like Brian Matusz who will head home to rest their arms, and got off to quite a start on Monday. In his first start, Gorgen struck out eight and scattered three hits in 4 2-3 scoreless innings as Team USA blanked Russia 6-0 in Cary, North Carolina.
