Wednesday No SEC-cess

Boy would the SEC like to forget about Wednesday in a hurry. Nine teams were in action, five won, and not very handedly at that. Taking a look across the nation for that matter, things didn't quite go as planned for some of the big clubs, including a fourth straight loss for No. 6 Arizona. Wednesday Roundup

Maybe some teams should think twice before scheduling non-Division I opponents thinking they are going to be easy wins early in the year. That's never good, but it also saw a couple of memorable early season comebacks and games played in places where the temperatures reached into the low-30's and in some cases, the snow was falling.

Tuesday's Notes

With team's playing basically everyday of the week, we'll look to break down each day of action with notes about the big upsets, best performances and those box scores that just don't make a whole lot of sense. Tuesday saw the No. 2 team in the nation lose in the rain and a slugfest in the battle for coastal South Carolina schools.
